GOATS CHEESE TART

Today I am making a Goats Cheese Tart using Guinea Fowl eggs. Have you ever used eggs from a different feathered variety. In all honesty, I have only used duck, quail and chicken so today is going to be an experiment.

A  freshly picked side salad and lunch is served. Delicious...those eggs are so creamy but yet light, not like a duck egg and richer than a chicken egg. Its a success! Bon appétit!
