Whenever I pop into Bowral for the weekly grocery shop I always try and squeeze in a little visit to Dirty Janes Antiques .  Now, I have an even better excuse to visit.

A fab new store has opened called The Potting Shed.

Full of beautiful ideas and great finds. How sweet do these look! You will find lots of heirloom perennials around the place.

There are beautiful old garden implements and special finds tucked everywhere.

Great planting ideas!

The worlds biggest fire pit!

I love the cute timber pot surrounds.

Ornamental cabbage looks so colourful in the middle of winter and what a great idea planting rainbow chard into old wash baskets, just add some hessian to keep the soil in. Brilliant!

I especially love the old wooden staircase (probably from a chuck out somewhere) with terracotta planters repeated. Great visual impact!

Rustic timber furniture. Can you see that in a little corner of your garden?

If you are ever in Bowral pop in for a visit.

Do you have a special little nursery that you like going to?

Do we sometimes forget these little treasures in our own neighbourhood?
