ROAD TESTED SOME NEW PRUNERS.....

Just last week Fiskars sent me their new pruner (Titanium Limited Edition) to road test and being the pruning queen that I am, I was very excited to give them a go.

Wow, pretty damn fancy! Titanium and a handy holder.

I'm a Fiskars gal from way back as you can see.....Not that I will be getting rid of my old ones (always handy to have a few around the garden).

On the back of the pack they have really clever diagrams (no boring and complicated instructions) they even let you know if they are for right or left handed people.

Well here goes.....lets take them in the garden for a workout!

Roses are taller than me at the moment!

I'm having trouble looking out the window through the salvia jungle.

Buddha has almost disappeared!

Our garden is totally feral at the moment with all the rain/sunshine/rain that we have been having.

What can I say....for me who doesn't have a grip like Arnie Schwarzenegger, these lightweight pruners have the perfect action to cut through this pile, with ease. Thick roses, dead salvia, fibrous sunflower, conifer, sappy salvia......it did the the job!

Fiskars clever engineering, (they have had plenty of practice getting it right, going since 1649) these pruners really stand out, the rotating handle helps cut through thick stems so easily and at the end of the day.....no sore hand.

I am one happy gal!
